L’un des messages montrait une image du Ku Klux Klan avec un autre message : « Tu ferais mieux de ne marquer demain ton c*** noir ou je viendrai chez toi habillé comme une fantôme. »

“Nous déplorons les messages racistes répugnants envoyés à Wilfried Zaha. Nous condamnons toutes les formes de discrimination raciale et sommes solidaires avec Crystal Palace. Nous travaillons avec la police pour enquêter sur cette affaire extrêmement grave et lorsque le coupable sera identifié, l’AVFC prononcera une interdiction à vie.”
