After sabotaging USMA in the CAF Cup semi-finals against the Moroccan team Berkane, the Confederation of African Football surprised Algeria by validating CSC’s participation in the upcoming CAF Cup without any reservations.

Indeed, the Club Sportif Constantinois (CSC) has recently been granted authorization by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to participate in African competitions.

The CSC management announced through its official channels that they have received the valuable CAF license, thereby enabling the team to compete in the upcoming edition of the CAF Confederation Cup for the 2024-2025 season.

The officials of the Constantine club emphasized that obtaining this license is the result of meeting all criteria set by CAF. These criteria include sporting standards, infrastructures, administrative and personnel aspects, as well as legal and financial criteria.

The management has worked tirelessly to ensure that all requirements are met, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and professionalism.

It is noteworthy that CSC finished last season’s professional championship in third place, a remarkable performance that solidified their position as one of the leading clubs in Algeria. This position has allowed them to qualify to represent Algeria in the upcoming edition of the CAF Confederation Cup.
