The ex-player of Espérance Sportive de Tunis reportedly suffered a heart attack while jogging, according to information shared by Mosaïque FM. Born in Kaduna, Nigeria, Michael Eneramo established himself as a powerful and effective striker throughout his career. He started in his homeland with Lobi Stars FC before moving to Tunisia for the 2006-2007 season. It was with Espérance de Tunis that he achieved his greatest successes, becoming the top scorer in the Tunisian league during the 2008-2009 season. Wearing the colors of the “Sang et Or,” he contributed to several major titles, winning three championships and three Tunisian Cups, solidifying his place among the club’s standout players.

Throughout his career, Eneramo also had experiences abroad through various loans and transfers. He played in Algeria with USM Alger, as well as in Saudi Arabia with Al-Shabab FC. Later, he joined Al-Ettifaq FC in 2017, during the final phase of his professional career.

The Nigerian player also made his mark in Turkey, where he represented several clubs, including Sivasspor, Beşiktaş JK, Karabükspor, İstanbul Başakşehir FK, and Manisaspor. These different experiences allowed him to establish himself as a striker known for his goal-scoring ability and adaptability in various leagues.

On the international stage, Michael Eneramo also represented Nigeria with the national team, the Super Eagles. He played 11 matches in the national jersey and scored 3 goals, contributing to his team’s offensive dynamics during his appearances.
