Algerian national team player Adem Zorgane has received high praise from one of his club teammates in Europe…
Algerian international player Adem Zorgane has been warmly applauded for his pivotal role in securing his club, Charleroi, in the Belgian first division. Zorgane and his teammates clinched their second consecutive victory in the playoffs, thus ensuring their presence in the top tier of Belgian football for the upcoming season.
Clément Tainmont, a Belgian player on the team, attributed Charleroi’s resurgence, which had a shaky start this season, to Zorgane’s contribution. Since the arrival of the new coach, Rik de Mil, Zorgane has regained his form, earning accolades from the Belgian press for his recently asserted leadership. Tainmont told the Belgian website “Rtbf”: “Many players have found their form after facing pressure, and players like Adem Zorgane have shone.” He added: “Charleroi is now assured of staying in the first division, which is excellent news; they are doing the job optimally.”
With three matches remaining in the Belgian championship playoffs, the Algerian national team player and his teammates have secured their stay, occupying the top spot in the standings with 36 points, 6 points ahead of their closest rival, Molenbeek.
