Here’s all the essential information to follow the 2024 Ballon d’Or ceremony, taking place this Monday, October 28th, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. This prestigious annual event crowns the best male and female football players of the year.

For this edition, Vinicius Jr is tipped as the favorite among the men, while Aitana Bonmati and Alexia Putellas are in the running for the women’s trophy. The ceremony, organized by L’Équipe and France Football, will begin at 4:45 PM with a special program on La Chaîne L’Équipe, gradually revealing the rankings. The red carpet is scheduled for 7:15 PM, with the winners being announced later in the evening, around 10:45 PM.
