Following numerous reminders (via mail and telephone) to which you have remained unresponsive, upon reviewing our records, we have noticed, unless mistaken, that you have yet to settle the sum of 4,536,100 XAF (Four Million Five Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Central African Francs).
This amount corresponds to various accommodations, seminars, and consumptions provided to you. Through this letter, we wish to remind you of your obligations and kindly request the complete settlement of the outstanding balance upon receipt of this notice.
Should we not receive a response from you within eight (8) days of the receipt of this letter, we will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings for debt recovery, the costs of which will be at your expense. Furthermore, you will be subject to late payment interest charges.
If, however, you have already made payment for the aforementioned amount, we kindly ask you to disregard this letter.
