Cameroonian forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is set to leave Bayern Munich this summer at the end of his contract.
Choupo-Moting (35) is one of the highest earners in the Bavarian squad, reportedly pocketing up to €10 million gross per year depending on his playing time. He has attracted interest from several clubs, including Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Choupo-Moting has established a good reputation as a backup striker in recent years. In 116 competitive matches for the German record champions, he has scored 38 goals and provided 11 assists. However, it remains clear that Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting will depart Bayern Munich at the end of the season on a free transfer as his contract will not be renewed.
