Following his defeat to Baki Chamsoudinov in Paris, Cédric Doumbè is gearing up for a new bout. The MMA fighter will square off against American Jaleel Willis on May 17th at the Accor Arena in Paris, following the withdrawal of originally scheduled opponent Derek Anderson due to injury.
According to organizers, the fight was initially supposed to pit Cédric Doumbè against American Derek Anderson, but Anderson sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle accident and will not be able to compete. At 32 years old, Jaleel Willis boasts a record of 16 wins and 5 losses in his professional career. This bout presents an opportunity for Cédric Doumbè to make a triumphant return following his loss to Baki Chamsoudinov last March.
