The episode involving Mohamed Salah, Liverpool, and Saudi Arabia is far from reaching its conclusion. Following rumors in the summer of 2023 and last winter, a new chapter is about to unfold for the upcoming transfer window.
It involves a potential transfer of Mohamed Salah who could depart Liverpool for the Saudi Pro League. According to details from journalist Ekrem Konur, the Reds are planning to sell the Egyptian forward to a Saudi club next summer if negotiations for a contract extension fail.
However, before finalizing such a deal, Liverpool is laying down its conditions. According to the same source, the Premier League side demands a transfer fee exceeding €100 million. Al Ittihad remains keen on Mohamed Salah’s profile and could shell out this amount to secure the player’s services.
