Jude Bellingham could miss the start of the season with Real Madrid due to persistent pains.
Things are going well for Jude Bellingham with England. The Madrid player is preparing to face Dani Carvajal’s Spain in the final of Euro 2024, having notably contributed by scoring the tournament’s best goal in the dying moments against Slovakia in the quarter-finals.

However, indications suggest that the Englishman has not been playing at 100% in this Euro (and even towards the end of the season with Real Madrid). The cause is a shoulder injury that has been bothering him for some time, dating back to November 5, 2023, to be precise.
Following a bad fall, Bellingham injured his shoulder and returned after just a few matches without undergoing surgery. But that may be what awaits him after the Euro.
The good news is that the player has not suffered a new shoulder dislocation since then, indicating that it has healed sufficiently. However, reports indicate that it still causes problems for Bellingham, including pain and discomfort.
❗️Just In: A majority of people within Real Madrid support Jude Bellingham undergoing surgery on his shoulder after the Euros. He will be out for at least two months if this happens.

So far, Bellingham has been adamant about avoiding surgery, but the medical staff at Real Madrid will make the final decision after the Euro, a competition he could win this Sunday, potentially securing him the Ballon d’Or. In recent matches, the Madrid player has been seen wearing a shoulder brace, part of the precautions he still needs to take. He has also played at times under antibiotics to manage the pain. While he has adapted to playing this way, it cannot continue indefinitely.
According to Relevo, the main drawback of surgery is the length of the recovery period, estimated at two months of absence, which has deterred Bellingham from undergoing the procedure so far. This could mean that Carlo Ancelotti might be without the Briton at the start of the season.
