Kylian Mbappé, the star of the French national team, is facing more than just a broken nose, according to information from Le Parisien.
The 2023-2024 season for Kylian Mbappé has been marked by numerous physical difficulties. After missing a part of the pre-season with Paris Saint-Germain, the French forward then struggled with a series of injuries and moments of fatigue. Unfortunately, these issues persisted into Euro 2024.
According to Le Parisien, Kylian Mbappé is currently dealing with back problems. This was evident as he could only play 15 minutes in the preparatory match against Canada last June. Back pains are particularly debilitating for a football player, as they heavily strain essential muscles crucial for performance.
This prevents Mbappé from playing with the same ease and explosiveness that typically define his strength. Adding to this back injury is another physical issue for Kylian Mbappé: a broken nose. Sustained during the match against Austria, this injury will require surgical intervention. In the meantime, it forces the player to wear a protective mask. This nasal fracture is obviously an additional discomfort for the French forward, who must contend with this physical constraint alongside his back problems.
This accumulation of issues is undoubtedly affecting his performances. As a reminder, on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, Les Bleus will face Spain in the semi-finals of the Euro.
Will Kylian Mbappé be able to rise to the occasion for this crucial match?
We eagerly await to see how the Bondy native will perform during this pivotal game for Les Bleus.
