“Cristiano has had a significant influence on the support we’ve received. We felt the importance he holds for people around the world. For us, and for me personally, it’s a privilege to share moments with him, both on and off the field,” hinted the Paris Saint-Germain star.
The Portuguese midfielder also discussed the role of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner in their quest for ultimate victory: “We know he will be a great help to us, and we will ensure to support him in return, so that we can go as far as possible together, and win.”
It’s clear that Portugal is a serious contender for the title, and Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates will do everything to win the competition.
