It’s now not uncommon for the club to play without their star, Kylian Mbappé, during matches. And yet, his absence often goes unnoticed. A testament to this is PSG’s recent Ligue 1 match against Lyon, which the Parisian club played without Mbappé.
Nevertheless, Luis Enrique’s men managed to secure a convincing 4-1 victory.
In addition to the team’s brilliant performances in Ligue 1, PSG is also touted as a strong contender for the Champions League trophy. Such accomplishments have only been possible thanks to Luis Enrique’s tactics, the players’ talent, and the support of PSG fans.
The latter have particularly impressed the Spanish coach, who recently sent them a heartfelt message, as relayed on the PSG website.
He notably praised the attitude of the Parisian supporters, who, even when their team is trailing, continue to chant in the stands.
“I’ve never seen supporters like this before; they are unique. When we concede a goal, they remain united and support us. It’s something you don’t see in other stadiums,” he stated.
