The English club is looking to part ways with eleven players during the summer, which means that the task ahead is immense for Manchester. The transfer window for Manchester United is shaping up to be eventful, both in terms of arrivals and departures.

Indeed, the Red Devils once again have had a rather disappointing season and are unlikely to feature in the Champions League next year. Sitting in sixth position with five games left in the league, Erik Ten Hag’s men might even miss out on European competition altogether this season. The challenge ahead is thus enormous this summer as they aim to rebuild a squad worthy of their name.

Eleven players on the chopping block!

With this in mind, the club’s management has reportedly decided to offload no fewer than eleven players during the summer transfer window. The Mirror reports that defensively, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Raphaël Varane, Victor Lindelof, and Harry Maguire are expected to be put up for sale. In midfield, Casemiro is set to depart, along with Christian Eriksen and Sofyan Amrabat. Finally, in the attacking sector, there are some big surprises as Manchester United is looking to offload Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Anthony Martial, and Antony, who was purchased for a hundred million euros two years ago. So, it will be crucial to closely monitor these developments in the coming months.
