Brazil and Real Madrid legend, Roberto Carlos, has revealed his choice for the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
Indeed, the former footballer believes that Real Madrid star, Vinicius Junior, deserves the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
According to the World Cup winner from Brazil, the media and fans tried to tear down Vinicius during his early days at Real Madrid.
However, the player shrugged off all that negativity and continued to prove his doubters wrong.

Speaking at a recent media event, Carlos discussed the Ballon d’Or via TheMadridZone.
“They tried to destroy Vini when he was young and it made him stronger,” the former defender said about Vinicius. “There are other great players, but we needed a player like Vini.
If he keeps this up, it will be natural for him to win the Ballon d’Or,” Roberto Carlos added.
Vinicius has contributed to his club’s success with 23 goals and 9 assists this season and is currently among the favorites to win the award, alongside Jude Bellingham.
It’s worth noting that the Brazilian footballer has long been a victim of racism from fans.
