Brazilian star Neymar has just added another precious stone to his property portfolio. The Al Hilal striker has paid no less than AED 200 million ($54.45 million) for a Sky Mansion in Dubai’s prestigious Bugatti Residences.

At the centre of the rumour mill after another injury at Al Hilal, Neymar, who is rumoured to be returning to Santos, is once again the talk of the town. Away from the pitch, the Auriverde star is expanding his wealth with a new acquisition of a house worth over $54 million in the heart of Dubai.

Located in Business Bay, this luxury residence is a real architectural feat. Its impressive facilities include a private lift that can transport vehicles directly into the flat. There’s also a private swimming pool offering breathtaking views over Downtown Dubai.

The purchase of the penthouse was made official at a ceremony relayed on Binghatti’s Instagram account. Neymar, known for his taste for luxury, seems to have found a residence worthy of his status. This penthouse is just one of Neymar’s many recent acquisitions. In October, he already bought a beachfront property in Miami for $26 million. This is fuelling rumours of a possible move to the United States.

Neymar, a possible return to Santos?

Meanwhile, speculation is rife that Neymar could return to Santos, his club of birth. Although his agent has denied these rumours, the idea of a return to Brazil remains on the minds of fans.

At the age of 32, Neymar, recently glorified by Buffon, continues to make waves, both on the pitch and in terms of his investments. His contract with Al-Hilal runs until 2025, but the Brazilian could change his tune. The Saudi club are said to be tired of his repeated injuries and are even considering terminating his contract. Ney, who still wants to make one last attempt with the Seleção at the 2026 World Cup, wants to give himself the means. For the time being, Brazil’s all-time top scorer has no intention of stopping.
