Paul Pogba to Arsenal? That’s a double “yes”!
Following Bacary Sagna’s recommendation for the Gunners to sign the French midfielder, Emmanuel Petit has now added his voice in support of the idea. He’s encouraging Arsenal to consider the move for March, when the World Cup champion will be eligible to play again after his doping suspension ends.
“I can’t remember the last time I saw him smile,” Emmanuel Petit shared with Jeffbet regarding the former Manchester United player. “Pogba wants revenge; he wants to prove to himself and to fans worldwide that he’s not finished yet. The French team misses him. He seems to be working very hard to get back into shape. I know Pogba’s personality, and I’m sure he’ll do whatever it takes to return to the field.”
Pogba : An Intriguing Prospect for Arsenal
With Juventus seemingly moving on from the French midfielder, Emmanuel Petit strongly urges his former team to seize the opportunity. “Honestly, Arsenal should be 100% focused on signing Paul Pogba. He will give his all on the field,” says the 1998 World Cup champion.
“He’ll need a few weeks to get back to full fitness, but his determination to restore his reputation would be an invaluable asset for a coach like Mikel Arteta. Pogba would fit seamlessly into Arsenal’s midfield: he’s tall, powerful, and highly creative. We all know how brilliant Pogba can be when he’s in a good place; he needs support and confidence, and I believe Arteta and Arsenal can provide that,” added the former French international.
