The famous footballer Victor Osimhen is being sought after all across Europe, with a new club seemingly interested in his services every week.
Indeed, Liverpool is reportedly eyeing the signature of the Napoli striker.
The 25-year-old player is coveted by Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, and Real Madrid, with Napoli holding out for a fee of around €120 million.
Osimhen to Liverpool?
According to reports, PSG is in the lead, but this could change as the Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport suggests that Liverpool has now entered the race for the Nigerian attacker.
Victor Osimhen, who has scored 16 goals in 33 matches for Napoli this season, appears destined to leave Serie A this summer.
Liverpool’s new coach, Arne Slot, will need a proven goalscorer, which Darwin Nunez clearly isn’t, and Osimhen could fit the bill perfectly. “I want Victor Osimhen,” is purportedly the declaration of Jurgen Klopp’s successor.
It’s worth noting that the player has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, but some Blues fans have expressed doubts about the Napoli man.
