Contrary to previous reports, things seem to be moving in the right direction for the Nigerian’s return to France. According to information from EL Nacional, the French club has reached a new milestone in negotiations with the Nigerian striker by sending him a tempting contract proposal.
In addition to the four-year contract offer with an estimated annual salary of €13 million, PSG is ready to relinquish its rights to Osimhen’s image, allowing him to fully benefit from his personal sponsors. The offer also includes sponsorships related to Qatar, suggesting involvement from the club’s financial partners in the deal.
While a preliminary agreement is close to being reached between the two parties, negotiations with Napoli remain a stumbling block to finalizing the operation. Apparently, the Parisian management is now considering another plan to try to convince Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
Italian media outlet Il Mattino reports that PSG is looking to reduce the transfer cost by including four players. Marco Asensio, Carlos Soler, Lucas Beraldo, and Kang-in Lee are said to be included in the negotiations to secure the services of the Super Eagle.
This season, the former Lille player has played 26 matches across all competitions, scoring 14 goals and providing 4 assists. Tied to Napoli until June 30, 2026, the Lagos native is valued at €110 million by Transfermarkt. Victor Osimhen earns an annual salary of €12,820,000 (8,333,000,000 FCFA).
