Francis Ngannou leads an uninhibited life. The Cameroonian has once again demonstrated this during his recent visit to his country, as shown in a series of videos widely shared on the web.
World heavyweight champion in MMA, after beating Ciryl Gane, the Predator had been at the centre of reactions after announcing his decision to leave the UFC organisation. He demanded a decent contract for all fighters.
Faced with Dana White’s refusal to give in to Francis Ngannou’s demands, the latter found no other option than to find a way out. It was a decision that caused an uproar on the web.
Many fans of the Cameroonian feared for his career, believing that after his departure from the UFC, he would have serious difficulty finding a new organisation in which to express his fighting talents.
But that was without counting on the destiny of Francis Ngannou, who has revealed on several occasions that he has a special gift for thwarting all predictions. And that’s just what he’s done by signing a juicy new contract.
Much to everyone’s surprise, he joined the PFL. An organisation in which, in addition to his combat title, he holds a prestigious position. In fact, he was made President of the PFL in Africa.
A contract that gives him access to various fights, including boxing. This was not possible in the UFC. His boxing debut was a scintillating one, with the Cameroonian needing very little to win.
Francis Ngannou walked away from the fight with a handsome cash prize, estimated at several billion dollars, according to various specialist websites. This did not, however, mean that the Cameroonian lost his old habits, including eating breakfast by the roadside.
In a video that has been doing the rounds on the web, he was spotted at the home of a street vendor, enjoying doughnuts and porridge. This caused a stir among local residents, who took great pleasure in filming him.
