After a mixed experience in Saudi Arabia, Sadio Mané could return to European football as early as this summer. His current club, Al Nassr, has reportedly offered him to a Turkish club.

Fenerbahçe has shown interest in the Senegalese international, who might instead join another Turkish giant. According to journalist Kartal Yiğit, Al Nassr’s president has proposed Sadio Mané’s services to Besiktas. A return to Europe could be an opportunity for the 32-year-old to revive his career, which has taken an unexpected turn in recent months. Mané still harbors ambitions to regain his peak form and consistency.

Besiktas, known for its history and enthusiastic fanbase, could provide the ideal environment for Mané to reignite his career and become one of the continent’s most formidable attackers again.

Negotiations between Al Nassr and Besiktas are underway, and the next few days will be crucial for Mané’s future. However, according to the Turkish journalist, Besiktas may not be able to afford the transfer financially, and a loan deal is currently being discussed.

The Saudi club is reportedly willing to subsidize part of the Teranga Lion’s salary to facilitate his departure this summer. It’s worth noting that Sadio Mané currently earns €40 million (26 billion CFA francs) per year in Saudi Arabia. His market value is estimated at €15 million, and his contract runs until June 2026.
