Karim Benzema sent a message to Vinicius Junior right in the middle of the ceremony.

Vinicius Junior doesn’t appear to be in a position to follow in Karim Benzema’s footsteps as the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner. Although the official announcement of the winner has yet to be made, Real Madrid has opted to boycott the event, while many rumors suggest that Manchester City midfielder Rodri could be the likely winner.

In response, messages of support for Vinicius are pouring in. Following Toni Kroos, Benzema also posted a powerful message on his social media: “Too strong,” he wrote on Instagram. Vinicius will no doubt appreciate this support.
