Nasser Al-Khelaïfi then cryptically addressed the financial aspect of this agreement: “I don’t want to talk about money and say how much the agreement is worth. We have a ‘gentleman agreement’; our agreement is not a question of money. It’s between a player and the club president, the sporting director, and the coach. It’s more about that than a signed agreement. (…) It remains between us; I don’t want to reveal what is in this agreement, but there is an agreement.”
During this interview, where various topics related to PSG’s current affairs were discussed, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi continued by expressing the wish that his player be shielded from any media pressure. “Really, I ask everyone to leave Kylian alone. Leave us alone; we are fine. I trust him; he will never do anything against the club,” he affirmed.
